ABOUT FIONA
My background in occupational therapy sparked a lifelong interest in understanding people—what motivates them, helps them grow and enables them to thrive.
Over the past 20 years, my career has evolved from supporting individuals to leading teams, facilitating learning, coaching leaders and developing leadership capability across health, disability, private and purpose-driven organisations.
Today, through Fiona Todman Consulting, I partner with organisations, leaders and individuals to build leadership capability through facilitation, practical leadership development and evidence-based coaching. My work is grounded in coaching psychology and driven by a genuine belief that when we invest in people, everything else grows.

Beyond Work
Outside of work, you'll usually find me with my family, exploring the outdoors or planning our next caravanning adventure.
I love being in nature—whether that's camping, trail running or spending time by the ocean. Exercise is an important part of my life, and you'll often find me at the gym, in the ocean or on a hike somewhere on the Mid North Coast.
